子どもたちへ。
君たち一人ひとりには、大地に根を張り、空へと翼を広げる力がある。この大地は君たちが立つ場所、根を下ろし、生きていく基盤だ。ここからは、家族の愛、文化の伝統、そして君たちが生まれた土地の歴史と価値観が育まれる。これらは君たちの「根」であり、いつも君たちを支え、力を与えてくれる。
そして、もう一つの大切な贈り物。それは「翼」。翼は君たちが空に向かって伸びる夢と可能性を象徴している。翼を持つことで、君たちは新しい世界を探求し、自分だけの道を切り開いていくことができる。そこには限りない冒険と学びが待っている。

君たち一人ひとりが、この偉大な贈り物を持っていることを忘れないで。根と翼、この二つが君たちを導く。大地に足をしっかりとつけ、高く舞い上がる翼を広げ、君たちの夢と未来へと飛び立とう。
Dear children.
Each of you has the power to take root in the earth and spread your wings to the sky. This earth is where you stand, the foundation on which you put down roots and live. From here grow the love of your family, the traditions of your culture, and the history and values of the land of your birth. These are your "roots," and they will always sustain you and give you strength.
And there is another important gift. It is your wings. Wings symbolize your dreams and possibilities as you reach for the sky. With wings, you can explore new worlds and carve out your own path. There are endless adventures and learning opportunities awaiting you.
We are watching over you like a big tree, strong and gentle. Like roots firmly rooted in the earth and wings swaying in the wind, you will travel the world. You may encounter storms from time to time, but each time the roots grow stronger and the wings wider.
Remember that each of you has this great gift. Roots and wings, these two will guide you. With your feet firmly planted on the ground and your wings soaring high, let's soar into your dreams and into the future.
